I know this is more for the "rowing" aspect these forums, but I'm unable to sign up to the rowing illustrated as it doesn't like my email address, so I hope someone on here can help me.
I have my second head race coming up this weekend, the first was the 31 mile Boston Marathon which I coxed in a stern loader. This time though I'm coxing a bow loader in a tandem rigged configuration. What I wanted to know, since its unlikely I will be able to go out in the said boat before the competition (needs a new rudder) is their anything major I need to know in terms of steering it? I really don't want anything to go wrong. At least the route is a dead straight, but I just wanted to make sure.
I hope someone can help and give me an insight thanks very much
