Help with Skillrow machine?

Hi all. Is there anyone on here who's used to using a Skillrow erg and can help me with a little advice?

My gym has switched over from Concept 2 to Skillrow and I'm struggling how to set up workouts in the same way. I've got an erg plan I'm meant to be sticking to and I need to customise my training sessions (eg 5 x 5mins ar 18spm with 1 min rest). I'm probably missing something really obvious, but is this possible to do (rather than just following the set programmes suggested by the app)?

The guys in the gym don't seem to be able to help.

Any pointers appreciated.
