Hi!
I'm someone who has just recently started working out for the first time in my life. Previously I have always avoided it due to the lack of time - which isn't entirely an excuse as I really do lack time, sadly.
I still lack the time but I've managed to set aside 30 minutes for 5 days a week. My goals are simple: I want a healthier body.
I'm a beginner and know very little and I don't plan on becoming an expert. So far I've been trying interval workouts trying to keep it high intensity.
Is this "schedule" enough to achieve anything? Should I go about it a different way? Any tips are appreciated, really!
