Although I would not really consider myself a serious cyclist, I do bike every weekends just around town. It's a nice exercise too, while I do my errands. It complements my rowing activities pretty well.
Well I am not as big of a cyclist and I once was, but I still get out there and ride. I used to be able to rise the bike to work, but that did not last too long and we moved offices shorty thereafter, but that was nice when it lasted. It is another good overall exercise to do, like rowing, that works all sorts of different muscle groups, so it is certainly helpful. Thanks for sharing.
