We need a logo!!!

Well, I thought that since this is a rowing forum, instead of the default XenForo at the top, we should have a logo, or at least the word "Rowing Forum" to show what we are all about!!!

We don't have a feedback forum either, so I thought that this would be the time to start a feedback forum so we can start putting in feedback on how to make this site better!

Walter, if you read this can you please reply so I can see what you think of my suggestions?
